Zapier integration.
Zapier integration for the long tail of tools we don't have native connections to. Anything Zapier can talk to, we can route data into.
The bridge to your long-tail stack.
- 01Long-tail tool integrationIf you use a niche scheduling tool, project-management tool, or industry-specific platform we don't have a native connector for, Zapier handles the bridge.
- 02Custom workflowsWant booked meetings to also create a Notion page, ping a specific Slack channel, and add a row to a Google Sheet? Zapier can chain that.
- 03Event-driven onlyWe use Zapier for event-triggered flows, not polling. Faster, more reliable, and cheaper on Zapier task quotas.
Every meaningful outbound event becomes a Zapier trigger.
- 01meeting.bookedFired when a prospect books a calendar event from an outbound sequence. Includes prospect details, AE assignment, originating campaign, and signal context.
- 02reply.receivedFired on every inbound reply. Includes intent classification (positive, neutral, negative, OOO) so you can route accordingly.
- 03signal.triggeredFired when a watched account triggers an ICP-relevant signal (funding, exec hire, tech change). Useful for warm-call alerting.
- 04campaign.completedFired when a campaign's sequence finishes for a given prospect. Useful for handoff workflows or re-engagement nurture.
When Zapier wins over native integration.
Client uses a niche industry scheduling tool with no public API and no native CRM integration. Standard practice would be 'sorry, manual data entry.' We use a Zapier connector that the scheduling tool maintains, route booked meetings through Zapier into the client's CRM, and add the originating outbound campaign as a custom field — all without the client's engineering team writing a line of code.
Zapier adds latency (10-60 second delay vs sub-second on native APIs) but for non-urgent flows the tradeoff is worth it. We use Zapier when the alternative is 'no integration at all.'
What teams ask about our Zapier integration.
- 01Do we need a paid plan to integrate? Most Zapier accounts on the Pro / Business tier or above will work out of the box. We can confirm against your specific plan in the discovery call.
- 02How long does setup take?1-3 business days from API key handoff to first test push. Production-ready inside the first week.
- 03Who owns the integration if our engagement ends? The integration lives in your Zapier workspace. If we offboard, the connection stays — you can pause or disconnect from your end at any time.
- 04What about data sovereignty / regional hosting? If your Zapier instance is hosted in a specific region (EU, AU, etc.), we honor that. Our middleware operates in the same region to avoid cross-border data transfer.
